I didn’t start this work because everything was perfect. I started because I broke—and had to rebuild.

Years ago, I found myself at a crossroads: my body wasn’t responding the way it used to, injuries lingered longer, and what had once worked suddenly felt misaligned. Like many women 40+, I was tired of surface-level solutions, burnout cycles, and advice that didn’t reflect the complexity of real life, real hormones, and real healing.

So I went deeper.

Through my own transformation—both physical and emotional—I began to study the intersection of strength training, hormone health, injury prevention, and mindset resilience. I combined evidence-based strategies with a grounded, holistic approach to create what is now Marqie Marie: a full-spectrum wellness experience rooted in performance, presence, and personal evolution.

Marqie holds several certifications through ACE; including, Personal Training, Corrective Specialist, Kinesiology, Group Fitness, Strength Conditioning, and Mommy and Me Fitness. She always adds new knowledge to the mix of things so she can keep up with the world as it turns and brightens everyday with your success.

But what truly sets me apart is how I blend the science with the soul. I work with women to help them reclaim their strength—not just in their bodies, but in their lives. Whether you’re navigating hormonal shifts, recovering from injury, or just ready to finally feel good again, you’re in the right place.
